在光电编码器中每个传感器用于一路信号的检测。一条码道可以配合两个传感器进行检测,这两个传感器检测出来的信号会有一定的相位偏差。从这组带相位差
的信号我们可以得到更多的信息比如旋转方向。如果我们需要零位信号用于脉冲计数的校正,通常码盘上还会有另一条轨道用于产生零位信号。
光学相位阵技术的原理是采集多路信号的平均值作为一路信号,所以带来的好处是采集到是信号更加稳定,适合应用在一些更复杂的环境当中例如采矿,重型机械
等。因为在这些环境中振动和冲击会影响传统编码器的信号采集。另外采用光学相位阵技术的Hengstler亨士乐编码器在安装上的要求也比传统光学编码器要低。
