Habasit Product Data Sheet MAM-04H 平带是传动带的一种。包括普通平带、编织带、复合平带、高速带等。 普通平带(胶帆布带)及其特点 普通平带由数层挂胶帆布粘和而成,有包边式和开边式两种。其特点包括:抗拉强度较大,预紧力保持性能较好,耐湿性较好,但过载能力较小,耐热、耐油性较差等。 普通平带的长度可根据需要截取,然后将其端部联接起来。平带的接头应***平带两侧边的周长相等,以免受力不均,加速损坏。 编织带及其特点 编织带包括棉织、毛织和缝合棉布带,以及用于告诉的丝、麻、尼龙编织带。带面有覆胶和不覆胶两种。 编织带的曲挠性好,可在较小的带轮上工作,对变载荷的适应能力好,但传送功率小,易松弛。 尼龙片复合平带及其特点 尼龙片复合平带(又称高强度平带)是以改性聚酰胺片为承载层,工作表面覆以铬鞣革或弹性胶体的摩擦层,非工作面则粘以橡胶布或特殊织物层。尼龙片的抗拉强度达400 MPa,并有较高的弹性模量,经定伸处理后,使复合平带有很高的综合力学性能。工作表面的覆盖层不但能增强带体的横向抗撕裂能力,而且可增大与带轮表面的粘附力。根据覆盖材料的不同,与带轮表面的摩擦系数可达0.4~0.7,故尼龙片复合平带有很高的承载能力。近年来,尼龙片基的性能不断改进,产品性能进一步得到提高,且可不受温度影响。此外,还出现了用聚酯织物和芳纶织物作承载层的平带,由于改进了制作工艺,使平带的传动性能如强度、带体的柔软性和吸振性、传动的平稳性以及寿命等都有了较大的提高,显示了良好的使用前景。 高速带及其特点 带速大于30m/s、高速轴转速在10000r/min到50000r/min之间的都属于高速带,带速大于100m/s称为***速带。高速带传动通常都是开口的增速传动。 由于要求可靠、运转平稳,并有一定寿命,所以都采用质地轻、厚度薄而均匀、曲挠性能好、强度较高的***环形平带,如薄型尼龙片复合平带、高速环形胶带、***编织带(麻、丝、尼龙)等,以减小其工作时的离心力。若采用硫化接头,必须使接头与带的曲挠性能尽量接近。 |
