Habasit Product Data Sheet MAM-04H 平带是传动带的一种。包括普通平带、编织带、复合平带、高速带等。 普通平带（胶帆布带）及其特点 普通平带由数层挂胶帆布粘和而成，有包边式和开边式两种。其特点包括：抗拉强度较大，预紧力保持性能较好，耐湿性较好，但过载能力较小，耐热、耐油性较差等。 普通平带的长度可根据需要截取，然后将其端部联接起来。平带的接头应***平带两侧边的周长相等，以免受力不均，加速损坏。 编织带及其特点 编织带包括棉织、毛织和缝合棉布带，以及用于告诉的丝、麻、尼龙编织带。带面有覆胶和不覆胶两种。 编织带的曲挠性好，可在较小的带轮上工作，对变载荷的适应能力好，但传送功率小，易松弛。 尼龙片复合平带及其特点 尼龙片复合平带（又称高强度平带）是以改性聚酰胺片为承载层，工作表面覆以铬鞣革或弹性胶体的摩擦层，非工作面则粘以橡胶布或特殊织物层。尼龙片的抗拉强度达400 MPa，并有较高的弹性模量，经定伸处理后，使复合平带有很高的综合力学性能。工作表面的覆盖层不但能增强带体的横向抗撕裂能力，而且可增大与带轮表面的粘附力。根据覆盖材料的不同，与带轮表面的摩擦系数可达0.4～0.7，故尼龙片复合平带有很高的承载能力。近年来，尼龙片基的性能不断改进，产品性能进一步得到提高，且可不受温度影响。此外，还出现了用聚酯织物和芳纶织物作承载层的平带，由于改进了制作工艺，使平带的传动性能如强度、带体的柔软性和吸振性、传动的平稳性以及寿命等都有了较大的提高，显示了良好的使用前景。 高速带及其特点 带速大于30m/s、高速轴转速在10000r/min到50000r/min之间的都属于高速带，带速大于100m/s称为***速带。高速带传动通常都是开口的增速传动。 由于要求可靠、运转平稳，并有一定寿命，所以都采用质地轻、厚度薄而均匀、曲挠性能好、强度较高的***环形平带，如薄型尼龙片复合平带、高速环形胶带、***编织带(麻、丝、尼龙)等，以减小其工作时的离心力。若采用硫化接头，必须使接头与带的曲挠性能尽量接近。 | |
