Linear Potentiometer

	ICT080: Contactless In-Cylinder Linear Transducer With a body diameter of only 8mm the ICT080 is ideal for installation into hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder applications where space is at a premium. The ICT080 is ideal for use on small-bore actuators and offers a choice of internal or threaded flange mounting configurations to suit tie-rod, welded and rear clevis-mounted cylinder types in stroke ranges from 25 to1000mm. With no electrical sliding contacts, the ICT080 has a working life which is almost limitless.
	ICT100: Contactless In-Cylinder Linear Transducer With a body diameter of only 10.1mm the ICT100 is ideal for installation into hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder applications where space is at a premium. The ICT100 is ideal for use on medium stroke actuators and offers a choice of internal or threaded flange mounting configurations to suit tie-rod, welded and rear clevis-mounted cylinder types in stroke ranges from 25 to 2000mm. With no electrical sliding contacts, the ICT100 has a working life which is almost limitless.
	EICT: Signal Conditioning Module for ICT Range This module, housed in a high strength IP66 enclosure, incorporates a high performance circuit that drives the transducer and provides a choice of output signals with zero and gain adjustment for simple user configuration. The enclosure includes a moulded detail to fit DIN rail EN50022 or EN50035, or can be bulkhead mounted via four M5 screws. The module operates from a 10-60 Vdc supply voltage and provides a range of outputs which can be configured by the user. The module is matched to the ICT transducer by a plug-in Sensor Calibration Module Card (SCMC).
	ICS 100 In-Cylinder Linear Displacement Sensor Designed specifically for use in hydraulic and pneumatic actuator applications, where the sensor is fitted inside the pressurized environment.
	HLP190FS: Spring Loaded Linear Potentiometer The HLP190 range provides the facility for single or dual electrical output with a body diameter of only 19mm. Stroke lengths are from 25mm to 150mm, with a choice of body clamp (BS) or flange (FS) mounting. This model is supplied with a spring loaded shaft, biased to the fully extended position.
	SLS095: Linear Displacement Sensor The SLS095 is an entirely new range of linear position sensors designed to provide maximum performance benefits within an extremely compact, lightweight package in stroke lengths from 10 to 100mm.
	SLS130: Linear Displacement Sensor SLS130 is an entirely new range of linear position sensors designed to provide maximum performance benefits within an extremely compact size. Using the proven benefits of Hybrid Track Technology and including a number of unique design features, the SLS130 range is ideally suited to high volume OEM manufacturers, where high performance and reliability with competitive pricing and rapid dispatch has paramount importance.
	MLS130: Linear Displacement Sensor The MLS130 sealed linear sensor is designed to provide superior performance within a compact, lightweight package in stroke lengths from 25 to 200mm, which is ideally suited to motorsport data acquisition applications on suspension and throttle position feedback. The sensor is supplied fully sealed to IP66, with an integrally molded DR25 sheathed multicore cable.
	SLS190: Linear Displacement Sensor SLS190 is an entirely new range of linear position sensors designed to provide maximum performance benefits within an extremely compact size. Using the proven benefits of Hybrid Track Technology and including a number of unique design features, the SLS190 range is ideally suited to high volume OEM manufacturers, where high performance and reliability with competitive pricing and rapid dispatch has paramount importance.
	SLS220: Linear Displacement Sensor The SLS220 is an entirely new linear position sensor in stroke lengths of 10 and 20mm, with a spring loaded operating shaft. With a mounting flange to allow easy installation and housed within a high strength Nylatron housing, providing good chemical resistance and low weight. Suited to OEM and process monitoring applications, this new sensor replaces the obsolete HLP220 model.
	SLS320: Linear Displacement Sensor The SLS320 is an entirely new range of linear position sensors designed to provide stroke lengths up to 1100mm in a compact, lightweight, easy to use design.

LVDT

	AF111 - LVDT Displacement Transducer Suitable for clamp mounting, the AF111 range have a threaded, unguided core assembly to simplify installation. For optimum performance, we recommend the use of the purpose designed signal conditioning module (SCM100) to operate this LVDT. The design of this LVDT has evolved from technology and experience gained in over 30 years in the bespoke aerospace / military sensor market, where performance and reliability under extreme operating conditions are paramount. The transducer coil has been specifically designed to reduce overall transducer length and to enable high accuracy ratiometric operation, as well as being able to operate in the "Differential Output" configuration. Suited to numerous industrial applications such as vehicle research, test rigs and OEM machinery.
	AF145 - LVDT Displacement Transducer Mounting is by self-aligning rod end bearings, and the outer sliding sleeve protects the movable core whilst enhancing the rigidity of the transducer during operation. For optimum performance, we recommend the use of the purpose designed signal conditioning module (SCM100) to operate this LVDT. The design of this LVDT has evolved from technology and experience gained in over 30 years in the bespoke aerospace / military sensor market, where performance and reliability under extreme operating conditions are paramount. 	SCM100: DC/DC Driver for LVDTs The SCM100 LVDT signal conditioning module has been designed specifically to operate with the AF111 and AF145 range of LVDTs, and to make using an LVDT as simple as using a linear potentiometer. This module incorporates a high performance circuit which drives the LVDT in a ratiometric configuration, thereby maximizing system accuracy by eliminating effects caused by temperature and supply current variations. Supplied in a DIN rail enclosure to suit EN50022/EN50035 rails, complete with a set-up guide.

VRVT

	VRVT190: Contactless Linear Displacement Transducer The VRVT190 Linear Displacement Transducer combines the best features associated with LVDTs and potentiometers into one rugged, contactless and highly reliable displacement transducer.
	EM10: Signal Conditioning Module for VRVT range The EM-10 VRVT signal conditioning module has been designed specifically to operate with the VRVT range of contactless linear displacement transducers. Housed in a DIN rail enclosure to suit EN50022 or EN50035 rails, this module operates from a 18-30 Vdc supply voltage and provides a range of voltage (EM-10-V) or current (EM-10-I) outputs which can be configured by the user.
	EM-9: Signal Conditioning Module for VRVT range The EM-9 VRVT signal conditioning module has been designed specifically to operate with the VRVT range of contactless linear displacement transducers. Housed in a DIN rail enclosure to suit EN50022 or EN50035 rails, this module operates from a ±15 Vdc supply voltage and provides a range of voltage outputs which can be configured by the user.

ROTARY POSITION SENSORS

	SRH280: Contactless Rotary Sensor SRH880: Submersible Rotary Sensor SRH280 provides reliable and accurate rotary measurement in extreme industrial environments where shock and vibration can occur. SRH280 uses the popular 28mm flanged housing with a protection rating upgraded to IP68. The sensor operates from 8-30Vdc unregulated supply and provides an electrical output over the full 360° range. For ease of configuration, it is available with an analogue (0.5 to 4.5Vdc) or digital (pulse width modulated) signal output.
	SRS880: Submersible Rotary Sensor The SRS880 submersible rotary sensor has been specially developed to meet the harsh operating requirements of today′s heavy duty industrial position sensing applications, including construction, agricultural, military and utility vehicles, as well as a variety of uses in steelworks and power generating plants. This model can operate at a submerged depth of 2m (6.5 feet).
	SRS280: Sealed Rotary Sensor The SRS280 sealed rotary sensor has been specially developed to meet the harsh operating requirements of today′s automotive and motorsport markets, with a number of innovative design features incorporated to overcome the shortcomings of existing products from other manufacturers.
	IAPS 762: Industrial Angular Position Sensor The 762 series Industrial Angular Position Sensor is designed to provide reliable performance in the most arduous operating conditions. It can be specified either as a voltage dividing potentiometer incorporating the high performance advantages of Penny & Giles hybrid track technology, or for variable resistance applications, with a wire-wound resistance track.
	RVDT (Industrial/Motorsport): RVDTs For Industrial/Motorsport applications The Penny + Giles rugged, high integrity RVDT displacement transducer is designed for operation in harsh automotive and motorsport environments.




	RCP18: Rotary Potentiometer Supplied in size 18 synchro mount size (44.7mm body diameter), automatic trimming of linearity and resistance by profiling of the resistive element maintains consistent high quality. The RCP18 can accommodate up to 6 independent cups, ganged together on a common shaft. Suited to a wide range of applications in aerospace, defence and industrial markets.
	RCP30: Rotary Potentiometer Supplied in size 30 synchro mount size (76.2mm body diameter), automatic trimming of linearity and resistance by profiling of the resistive element maintains consistent high quality. A range of options exist to customise the standard range to suit specific customers requirements for linearity, track resistance, switch tracks, environmental sealing and shaft configurations. The RCP30 can accommodate up to 6 independent cups, ganged together on a common shaft. Suited to a wide range of applications in aerospace, defence and industrial markets.
