With excellent UV resistance and a temperature rating of 176(deg)F (80(deg)C), Scotchrap Tape 50 provides excellent all-weather corrosion resistance for pipes, conduits and fittings, both above and below ground. Applies over a wide temperature range and is resistant to impact, abrasion and punctures. NOTE: 3M Scotchrap Pipe Primer should be used with all corrosion protection tapes.

conformable,all-weather10mil(0,254mm)thicktapedesignedforapplication

flame.However,afewgeneralapplicationproceduresshouldbefollowedtoobtain
optimumperformance.Surfacestobewrappedshouldbeclean,dryandfreeofoil,
grease,andothercontaminants.Blastremovalofrustandscaleispreferred.
Weldingslagandspatter,sharpedgesorburrsshouldbechipped,grindedorfiled.
Applyauniform,continuouscoatingofthepipeprimertothepreparedsurfaceandlet
dry.Fillinirregularsurfaceswiththeputty.Coverweldbeadwithonewrapoftape
overtheentiresurface.
Straightpipeandconduitarenormallyspirallywrappedusingtapewidthlistedin
coveragetable.Fieldjointsonmill-coatedpipecanbewrappedspirallyorwitha
cigarettewraporwidetape.Unusuallysevereconstructionorsoilconditionsmay
requireadditionaltapethicknessorprotectiveoverwraps.

环氧薄膜 Epoxy Film
环氧薄膜胶带抗焊接、抗穿刺、质薄、绝缘强度高、从形性好，UL认可耐温程度达150℃及防燃。这种结构的胶带功能***，有利于减轻库存***。
聚酸亚胺薄膜 Polyimide Film

聚四氟乙烯薄膜 PTFE Film

金属薄片 Foil
这种胶带适用于各种接地、压焊及电磁干扰屏蔽；备有平滑或有压纹的铝、铜、镀锡铜等带基/基材，亦备有导电和非导电粘合系统可供选择。无论是***的压纹金属薄片胶带或是有导电粘合剂的平滑金属薄片胶带，皆具有优越的“粘合后”导电性能。

热固像胶
RT(Thermosetting Rubber)
热固胶粘剂具有***的初始粘结力及电气纯度。当经过建议的热固过程后，橡胶树脂胶粘剂将互相连结成为一立体矩阵分子形态，使其粘结力及连结力增强，抗溶剂及耐热性能更佳。这种粘结系统必须加入增粘剂，或加入填充剂以增加内部强度，务求达到其***性能。为了达到抗溶剂的效果，建议作出以下的热固处理。

丙烯酸 A(Acrylic)
丙烯酸胶粘剂是3M公司特别配制而成的聚合物，可以符合客户在应用上的特别需要。它具有优良的耐温、抗氧化、抗溶剂及抗油等功能。
硅/ 矽 ST (Silicone)
硅/矽粘结系统的配制方法与橡胶树脂系统相似。但在热固过程中，需要较高的温度。硅/矽胶粘剂的适当调合，对于提高系统的内部强度及粘结强度
，有重大关系。硅/矽粘结系统的优点甚多，包括特高的耐温能力，更由于 它是由无机物制成，故即使燃烧后，也只会留下非导电性的残渣。即使在极
低温时，也可使此胶粘剂。
硅/矽胶粘剂的热固时间及温度：
于260℃ 3小时
于260℃ 固化24小时，以取得的抗溶剂能力。
