气动蝶阀的工作原理及保养调试方法


    气动蝶阀是由气动执行器和蝶阀组成。气动蝶阀是用随阀杆转动的圆形蝶板做启闭性,以实现启用动作的气动阀门主要做截断阀使用,亦可设计成具有调节或段阀兼调节的功能,目前蝶阀在低压大中口径管道上的使用越来越多。


气动蝶阀的工作原理


  蝶阀的蝶板安装于管道的直径方向。在蝶阀阀体圆柱形通道内,圆盘形蝶板绕着轴线旋转,旋转角度为0°-90°之间,旋转到90°时,阀门则处于全开状态。蝶阀结构简单、体积小、重量轻,只由少数几个零件组成。而且只需旋转90°即可快速启闭,操作简单,同时该阀门具有良好的流体控制特性。蝶阀处于完全开启位置时,蝶板厚度是介质流经阀体时的阻力,因此通过该阀门所产生的压力降很小,故具有较好的流量控制特性。蝶阀有弹密封和金属的密封两种密封型式。弹性密封阀门,密封圈可以镶嵌在阀体上或附在蝶板周边。


气动蝶阀保养及调试


1、气缸检查保养计划


  平时做好气缸表面清洁及气缸转轴卡簧处加油,每6个月定期将气缸端盖打开检查气缸内有无杂物及水分,以及润滑脂状态。如润滑脂缺少或已干需将气缸拆开做全面保养清理之后再加润滑脂。


2、阀体检查


  每6个月检查阀体外观是否良好,安装法兰有无泄露,如果方便检查阀体密封是否良好,无磨损,及阀板运行是否灵活,阀门有无异物卡住。


气缸体拆卸及组装方法及注意事项:


  首先将气缸从阀体上拆下来,先把气缸两端盖拆开,拆活塞时一定要注意活塞齿条的方向,然后用外力顺时针旋转气缸轴使活塞运行到最外边,再将关阀孔慢慢通气用气压轻轻将活塞顶出,但此方法一定要注意慢慢通气,否则活塞会突然喷出,有点危险!然后将气缸轴上卡簧拆掉,气缸轴就可以从另一端拿出来。然后就可以对每个部件进行清理,加润滑脂,需加润滑脂部位为:气缸内壁及活塞密封圈,齿条及背环片,还有齿轮轴及密封圈。加好润滑脂后就要按拆的顺序及部位反顺序安装后就要按拆的顺序及部位反顺序安装,一定要注意齿轮齿条的位置,一定要***在开阀位置时即活塞缩到最里面去的位置时齿轮轴上端槽与气缸体平行,关阀位置时即活塞伸到最外面来的位置时齿轮轴上端槽与气缸体垂直。


气缸与阀体安装调试方法及注意事项:


  首先将阀门用外力置于关闭状态,首先将阀门用外力置于关闭状态,即顺时针旋转阀轴直到阀板与阀座密封接触,同时将气缸也置于关阀状态(即气缸轴上方小槽与缸体成垂直状对于顺时针旋转为关阀的阀门),然后将气缸装到阀门上去(安装方向与阀体平行或垂直都可以),再看螺丝孔是否对正,不会有太大偏差,如有少许偏差,将气缸体转动一点就可以了,然后将螺丝紧固。气动蝶阀调试先检查阀门配件是否安装齐全,电磁阀及消音器等,如有不齐全,不得调试,正常供器气压力为0.6MPA±0.05MPA,运行前确保阀体内无杂物卡在阀板处,***调试运行时用手动操作电磁阀手动钮(手动操作时电磁阀线圈失电,手动操作才有效;电控操作时将手动扭置于0位圈失电,手动操作才有效;0位为关阀,1位为开阀,即得电开阀,失电关阀如需得电关阀,失电开位为关阀将电磁阀线圈旋转180度安装即可),并观察阀门运行状态。

Maintenance and debugging of pneumatic butterfly valve


1, cylinder inspection and maintenance plan


Usually, clean the cylinder surface and fill the cylinder shaft, and open the cylinder cover at regular intervals every 6 months to check whether there are any sundries and moisture in the cylinder, as well as the grease status. If the grease is short or dry, the cylinder should be dismantled and the grease is added after full maintenance and cleaning.

Cylinder body disassembly and assembly methods and points for attention:


The cylinder is removed from the body, the ends of the cylinder cover apart, remove the piston must pay attention to the direction of the rack piston, and then use a force clockwise rotation axis of the cylinder so that the piston runs to the outside, and then close the valve hole with ventilation pressure will slowly gently piston, but this method must pay attention to slowly ventilation, otherwise the piston will suddenly ejected, a little dangerous!
