3. 特点及功能 Functions and Characteristics：
1) 毛重式；
Gross wight type;
2) 上下双螺旋式加料机构，包装时可以对物料进行挤压，具有一定的加密功能；
This packer is equipped with upper and lower screws feeder, when filling ,the powder can be pressured and densified to a certain extent;
3) 称重由称重传感器及数字式称重控制仪表控制，称重精度高；

4) 自动化程度高，包装时包装机自动去皮、自动加料、自动称重、自动除尘，操作简便；

5) 包装机的加料阀嘴上装有气囊密封装置，当包装袋套到加料阀嘴上以后，气囊自动膨胀，把包装袋的装加阀嘴完全密封，防止加料时的粉尘泄漏，使包装机在向口袋加料包装进没有粉尘泄漏污染环境；

When the filling mouth of the empty valve bag is placed on the filling nozzle, the rubble pipe sleeved on the filling nozzle begin to inflate and expand automatically to seal the filling mouth of the valve bag completely to prevent dust leakage during filling.
