一、适用范围：
适用于食品、医药、化工、农药产品中的120-400目的的粉末物料的全自动包装；如：食品添加剂、奶粉、豆粉、蛋白粉、中药粉、面膜粉、保健茶粉等。
Scope of application:
This machine is widely applied for food,pharmacy eutical,and chemical products in mesh size range from 120 to 400,such as milk powder,soya powder,cosmetic powder,slimming tea,medical powder and so on.
二、本机特点：
1、自动包装机可以在包装过程中自动完成计量、制袋、充填、封口、切断、计数、批号等全部工作；
2、控制系统则自动化匹配各动作配合，改系统具有精准确度高，调整制袋长度简便，且准确无误；
3、具有色标控制系统，可获得完整的商标图案；
4、无级调整速度与袋长，包装速度与制袋长度可在额定范围内无级调整，不需要更换零件；
5、设计采用独特的嵌入式封口，加强型热封机构，智能型温控仪温度控制，具有良好的热平衡适应各种的包装材料，性能好、噪音低、封口纹路清晰、密封性强；
6、设备计量下料方式为螺杆计量下料；
7、设备封口形式为三边封网纹封口带易撕口，模具带钢字，可压印生产日期；
8、设备主体部分和与物料接触部分材料为不锈钢;
9、设备自带一套螺杆、成型器。
