前 言
CBL系列船用防爆离心通风机是按照GB11799-89《船用防爆离心通风机》与GB11800-89《船用防爆轴流通风机》、GB3836-2000《爆炸性环境用防爆电气设备》中的“1通用要求”及“2隔爆型电气设备d”的有关规定和中国船级社现行的《钢质海船入级和建造规范》的有关规定设计制造的。
本系列防爆通风机经中华人民共和***爆检验单位检验合格，取得了防爆合格证，同时也经中国船级社检验合格，取得了产品船检认可证书。
用 途
防爆通风机的防爆标志为：ExdⅡBT4。可输送含有易燃、易爆的混合性气体或蒸汽，可输送空气、含有盐雾的海洋空气和含有油雾等腐蚀性空气。
防爆通风机适用于抽除船舶上油舱、货舱、泵舱、蓄电池舱、弹药舱、飞机库、油漆间等所含有易燃、易爆的混合性气体或蒸汽，也适用于船舶其它舱室的通风换气和陆上各部门的相应场所。
防爆通风机可配用50Hz，380V或60Hz，440V，YB-H系列隔爆型船用三相异步电动机。

结 构 型 式
防爆通风机制成Ⅰ型(直联式)和Ⅱ型(隔舱式)两种结构型式。整机结构：均为无火花型结构。
Ⅰ型(直联式)防爆通风机制成防爆电动机直接传动式结构。即叶轮直接装在电动机轴上，机壳固定在防爆电动机法兰上。
Ⅱ型(隔舱式)为防爆通风机和电机分隔舱结构。由风机、传动组、弹性联轴器、电动机等组成。传动组由轴承体、轴承、轴、铜环、密封填料等组成：能测温加油。一端直联防爆通风机，一端直联隔舱壁。
防爆通风机为卧式、单级、单吸入和气密式结构，超声波细胞粉碎机,恒温水槽,无菌均质器,小型喷雾干燥机也可制成立式结构。
防爆通风机可制成顺时针旋转(右转)或逆时针旋转(左转)：
逆转(左转)——从防爆电动机端正视，叶轮按逆时针方向旋转，以“L”表示。
顺转(右转)——从防爆电动机端正视，叶轮按顺时针方向旋转，以“R”表示。
防爆通风机的出口位置按叶轮转向制成以下几种基本形式。根据需要，出风口位置允许采用按30°或22.5°变化的其它型式。

Preface
CBL series explosionproof centrifugal fans for marine use are designed and manufactured according to GB11799-89《Marine explosionproof axial flow fans》,and general description and explosion-proof “d” of GB3836-2000《Electrical apparatus for explosive atmospheres》 and《Rules and regulations for the construction and Classfication of Seagoing Steel Ships》.
This series fans have been examined and proved up to standard by Explosion-proof Inspection Authority of the PRC and have got the centrificate of inspection.They have als been examined by the Register of shiping of China and have got the centrificate.
Application
The explo, sion-proof symbol of explosion-proof fans is EdⅡBT4 They can be delivered for gas mixtures or vapour containing combustibles and explosives,for ordinary air,fo, r sea air containing salf fog,for air containing oil fog and other corrupt air supply or extracition.
These explosion-proof fan series are best suited to pumping out gas mixtures or vapour containing combustibles and explosives in oil cabins holds,pump-rooms,battery cabins,ammunition cabins,hangars,paint houses,etc.They can also be used for ventilation of other compartments of shipping and corresponding place of land&＃39;s.
AC 50Hz,380V or 60Hz,440V type YB-H(explosioninsular) for marine use may be mounted on these fans.

Structural Types
CBL type:
There are two structural types:type Ⅰ (motor-direct-driving type) and type Ⅱ (Separate cabins type).The construction is spark free.
The structure of type I is a motor-direct driving one,The vane wheel is mounted directly to the motorshaft.and the housing is fixed on the flange of the explosion-proof motor.
The type Ⅱ is a separate structure,i.e.the fan and the motor are put into different cabins,with a driving device,a pairs of flexible coupling.and the driving device consists of bearings,bearingbox,shaft,brass rings,stuffing.it can be oiled and measured temperature.One side is fixed on the fan,and the other side will be mounted on the bulkhead.
The fan may be made into a horizontal or vertical,singlestage,single-drawing and airtight structure by the customer&＃39;s requesting.
The fan can be made into a conter-clockwise rotating type or a clockwise one.
The counter-clockwise rotating type(Left turning type)-Taking a front view from the motor side,you will see the vane wheel turns counterclockwise.We use“L” to indicate it,and by the same way,the clock wise rotating type can be indicated as “R”.
The outlet position of the fan,according to the rotating direction of the vane wheel,is made into the following main types.by your requesting,the outlet position is allowed to use other types,the nagle of which 30° or 22.5°.

Type Explanation
The type of explosion-proof fans are expressed by the first letter of the Chinese phonetic name,the outer diameter of the vane wheel,the standard speed,and the power of the explosion-proof motor,etc.
