PRODUCT DETAIL
Finisar&＃39;s C.wire AOC is a 120 Gb/s parallel active optical cable for chassis interconnects supporting applications in data centers, core-routing, and high-performance computing. It transmits 12 parallel, bi-directional data channels at rates from 1 to 12.5 Gb/s per channel over a multimode fiber (MMF) ribbon cable. Based on Finisar&＃39;s vertically integrated VCSEL array technology and designed with CXP-compliant high-density connectors, this cable is compact, lightweight, and low power. The C.wire AOC is ideally suited for high-bandwidth density applications with reaches up to 100 meters for InfiniBand 12xDDR/QDR, 100GBASE-SR10 Ethernet, PCIe, and other high-performance proprietary protocols.
