ZK-B3C（Semi-Automatic Powder Packing Machine）

1. 简要说明:

整机全不锈钢；充填采用步进电机驱动；搅拌采用台产免保养减速电机；全密封、阻尼气压；可回收装置，方便升降工作台，主要试用于面粉、米粉、细小颗粒等干粉、颗粒状物料的半自动灌装。

1. Brief Introduction:

This machine is completely made of stainless steel, Filling system is driven by seruo-motor , and Taiwan made maintenance-free reducer is used for agitating motor , Product cabinet is specified as fully closed , damper air-pressure control , made of stainless steel and glass . The dust extraction device is mounted in the mouth of the filling tube , designed for reusable working table height adjustable , with a waste product drawer under the table .

2. 主要特点:

l 整机全不锈钢，完全满足GMP/食品卫生等认证要求，要求抗腐蚀化工等产品的包装；

l 设备工作稳定、抗干扰、称重精度高，称重反馈比重跟踪式，克服了因物料比重变化而致使包装重量发生变化的缺点；

l 设备定位精度高、扭距大、寿命长、转速可设定；

l 搅拌采用免保养减速电机：噪音低、寿命长、终身免保养；

l 随时可无极可调，工作状态随时任意变换，操作便捷；

l 各种产品调整参数配方可存储，备后适用，最多储存10个配方；

l 全密封空气阻尼玻璃不锈钢组合料箱，物料动静一目了然，粉尘不外泄；

l 设备下料方式为螺旋下料，更换螺旋附件，能够适应超细粉到大颗粒等多种物料；

l 此设备采用螺杆计量、下料；
