The T7-C emloys the roven RTD design that has been used in the T 7 and T 8 for many years. A sealed industrial quality overlay rovides a user interface that is easy to use with gloves. A olyroylene blend enclosure rotects the circuit board and large L from enetration by imact, water and reactive liquids.
The new T 7-C circuit board is an evolutionary ste u from our highly accurate, reliable and successful TL1 laboratory meter. The ower Button’s rimary function owers the instrument for intervals of about 20 minutes since the last button was accessed. The ower Button can also be used to conserve ower and clear the memory, or to make adjustment while in calibration mode. A simle menu oeration is dislayed by holding the Function Button, and alternately functions to allow adjustments in the calibration mode. Arrows on the left side of the dislay show the direction of the temerature reading and whether stability has been reached. At the user’s discretion stabilized temeratures can be logged at numerous liquid levels for a running average and later dislayed for the user’s documenting uroses. But this feature never interferes with simly getting an accurate temerature reading.
To endure the environment and be intrinsically safe, the T 7-C is manufactured of materials, which are both immune to etrochemicals and are non-sarking. The enclosure is made of a olyroylene blend. The robe assembly is constructed using non-stick cable and stainless steel sensor onents.
Oerational Attributes:
Easily relaceable AA Batteries, rovides an estimated *200 hours oeration.
Circuit logic automatically indicates low battery condition, automatically shuts off after twenty minutes, shows temerature trend and stabilization, dislays error codes for failure determination.
The low ower backlight for night oeration is hoto sensor controlled for convenience and battery conservation.
In nighttime conditions the backlight illuminates the dislay.
Celsius or Fahrenheit units with C/F indication can be easily selected from the Function Button.
User Manual exlains intuitive calibration rocedure that can be done through the external facelate buttons.
