The 3B5609AL series are crystal oscillator module ICs that incorporate oscillating circuit to limit oscillator-stage current and reduce the overall power consumption. All 3B5609AL series have built-in high frequency capacitors and eliminate external capacitors in a stable fundamental harmonic oscillator. The 3B5609 series are ideal for SMD type crystal oscillator using a strip-shaped crystal blank.
