JW5116F is a current mode monolithic buckswitching regulator. Operating with an input rangeof 4.7-40V, the JW5116F delivers 3A ofcontinuous output current with an integrated highside N-Channel MOSFET. continuous output current with an integrated high
side N-Channel MOSFET. At light loads, the
regulator operates in low frequency to maintain
high efficiency and low output ripple. Current
mode control provides tight load transient

The JW5121 guarantees robustness with
