Description DP3367 combines a dedicated current mode PWM mode controller with a 4A/650V MOSFEET.DP3367 has high efficiency, low standby power consumption, low EMC and low cost. It is applied to the off-line flyback converter in the range of 18W output power. The operating voltage of DP3367 is higher 40V so that is applied to QC and PD charger. DP3367 offers comprehensive protection functions, including Cycle-by-Cycle current limitation (OCP), over temperature protection (OTP), Over voltage clamp (OVP)and under voltage lockout (UVLO) on VDD. DP3367 is offered in SOP8 and DIP7 package.
