Introduction
The CJ88 family are a group of positive voltage regulators manufactured in CMOS technology with ultra low power consumption current. Their input voltage can reach 60V and can provide an output current of up to 150mA, even if the voltage difference between the input and output is small, they can still provide a large output current. They also incorporate a fold-back current limit, short circuit protection and thermal shutdown protection inside the device. Therefore, they are ideal for applications that require quiet power, such as radio frequency (RF) applications, battery-powered devices and so on.
