1)均匀化退火:加热515~530℃;保温12~14h;炉冷。2)完全退火:加热380~450℃,以30~50℃/h速度随炉冷至300℃下,再空冷。3)快速退火:加热350~460℃;保温30~120min;空冷。4)淬火和时效:淬火505~520℃,水冷;人工时效150~165℃,6~15h,空冷;自然时效:室温96h。 |
