脱水滤芯TX-80工作原理:
物料由内向外流经聚结滤芯,首先流经高精度过滤层,固体颗粒被多层滤材拦截,达到去除颗粒污染物的目的,同时颗粒污染物的去除又有利于滤芯后续破乳及聚结功能的发挥。过滤后的物料然后进入破乳聚结层,将物料中的杂质液进行破乳,破乳后的液体进入聚结层,聚结层工作机理,小水珠与纤维接触并粘附于其上,在流体的推动作用下,沿纤维移动,在纤维的交汇点,与其它小水珠聚结成较大的水滴。
大水滴被流体带到滤芯外表面,由于其密度大于烃,从而在重力的作用下,与液烃分离,沉降到过滤分离器底部的集液槽,聚结水滴越大,油水分离效果越好。陕西电厂专用脱水滤芯TX-80厂家直销
