过滤分离主要基于以下三种机理 直接拦截 惯性撞击 扩散拦截
直接拦截 : 液体中的基本过滤机制,本质是一种筛分效应,机械拦截颗粒,当颗粒大于流道孔径时即被该结构去除,通过搭桥作用,尺寸小于滤孔的颗粒也可被拦截,
惯性撞击:尺寸小于滤材孔径的颗粒的辅助拦截方式,流体携带的颗粒由于质量和线速度而具有直线运动的惯性,颗粒离开流体主流而撞击到滤材上,当流体改变运动方向时,惯性使颗粒撞击到滤材表面, 因吸附力的存在颗粒便停留在撞击表面。当流经过滤介质时流体必须沿弯曲通道行进.这将增加该过滤机理的有效性。
过滤介质的过滤/分离效率由于直接拦截 惯性撞击 扩散拦截的共同作用而增强。
滤芯的操作与维护
■ 当油温 >10℃时,风力发电机组工作。
■ 当油温 40℃,过滤器进出口的压差超过 3bar 时,压差发讯
器发出报警信号,提示更换滤芯。当油温≤ 40℃时,忽略从压
差发讯器传来的报警信号。
■ 当油温> 55℃时,油流经冷却器的进行冷却,当油温降至
45℃时,油直接流入齿轮箱。
■ 泵出口压力传感器或压力表,用于检测系统的压力,系统
安全阀设定压力为 12bar,当检测压力超过 12bar 时,安全
阀打开,系统溢流。
■ 齿轮箱入口处的压力传感器的监测范围为
0.8 ~ 6bar,不在此范围内时报警(油温 70℃时
压力≥ 0.8bar,油温低于 10℃时压力≤ 6bar)(此
监控范围为主机制造商根据实际需要设定,仅供参
考);或采用压力继电器监测压力,若压
力< 0.8bar 时,报警持续超过 5 秒则停机。
