DFE多次通过测试方法
DFE 多次通过测试方法提高了工业标准,其通过引入动态条件下的负载循环并测量在该
负载条件下的实时动态条件结果而不是取平均值。DFE 同时也指明实时的截留率,以前滤芯
不能正确截留污染物能得到证实。释放截留污染现象被称为卸载,使关键系统受到短时污染。
DFE 测试时循环的条件跟 ***16889 相似,但流速不是常数,DFE 通过控制流量的变化
来保持系统满流量通过滤芯。颗粒计数器一直保持计数颗粒,而计数器之前中间没有油槽,
这样确保测试的污染度是真实的。
每次流量变化之前、之中和之后计数器都进行工作,过滤效率也是采用 Beta 值,过滤百
分比和每毫升的实际颗粒数表示。在正确时间和不同流量情况下进行快速颗粒计数的 DFE 测
试使 Hy-Pro 公司分析和明白每种滤芯的捕获效率和留存率的特点。
DFE测试方法—定量滤芯截留率和留存率
同一生产厂家两种相同
的高效玻纤滤芯的性能,其中一个是根
据 ***16889 多次通过测试,另外一个是
根据 DFE 多次通过测试方法、图表表示
滤芯在测试时下 6[C]颗粒的实际数量。
A2 滤芯是在额定流量和保持稳定
的过滤效率的测试,A1 滤芯是在
流量与***小流量之间循环测试。这样 A1 的
下游的颗粒是变化的,并且在从***小到
流量时颗粒数为。峰值代表
流量变化时的颗粒数,峰谷代表每次流量
变化后的颗粒数,变化的峰值代表流量从
低到高的变化。当 A1 滤芯拦截的污染物增
加,同时流量从低到高时下游的颗粒数量增
加。因此 A1 滤芯没有达到正确设计时污染
物的留存率,这将会是危险的污染源。
A1 滤芯在从低流量到高流量变化时上游和下游的原始颗粒数,A1 滤芯在
从低流量到高流量变化时的颗粒数。下游的颗粒数可以表明流量变化时大量的的大颗粒在动态条
件下没有通过滤芯,这种现象称之为“污染物卸载”。当滤芯截留更多污染物时,更多数量的污染
物将被释放回系统。卸载也可能发生在流速从高到低的变化情况下,在动态条件下滤芯能短暂恢
复,但污染物卸载能引起流体的高污染,使系统遭受破坏和系统性能不可靠。

DFE测试方法—定量滤芯截留率和留存率
滤芯早期的过度的卸载将是滤材失效的象征。滤芯 B 在 ***16889 多次通过测试
的过滤效率(β7[c]>1000)。然而当相同的滤芯在 DFE 多次通过测试下 Beta 值将下降。滤材的
选择是基于滤芯生产厂商的 Beta 值。Beta 值是 ***16889 多次通过的产物而没有考虑到系统流
量变化的动态条件。
比较 Hy-Pro 两种相同采用 G7 双层玻纤的性能,所有 Hy-Pro 滤芯采用 G7 或更好
的滤材并根据 DFE 多次通过测试来设计和发展。
