Nextel™ Woven Ceramic Fabrics outperform the usefullimits of other high temperature textiles such as aramids, carbon, glass orquartz. Nextel™ woven ceramic fabrics are engineered to perform at continuoustemperatures of 2000°F (1093°C) or higher depending on application andcomposition.

When used in industrialfurnaces, Nextel™ Woven Ceramic Fabrics can serve as thermal barriers toseparate different temperature zones or the fabrics can serve to preventparticulate shedding.
