GH2984 GH984
GH2984是Fe-Ni-Cr基沉淀硬化变形高温合金，工作温度700750 .合金以铬、钼和铌等元素进行固溶强化，以少量铝，钛形成沉淀强化相，该合金具有良好的长期持久强度、抗氧化和耐腐蚀能力，良好的冷热加工性能，较好的组织稳定性和可焊性。简帅主要产品有棒材、管材、板材、带材和环形件。
GH2984高温合金已用于制作舰用及超临界锅炉用，工作在70075的过热器管材，在舰用锅炉经十年使用考核，效果良好，已投入批量使用。
该合金与同类用途的镍基合金比较，可以节约ω（Ni）3234,并且不含钴，因而成本低廉。合金经长期时效后，析出少量颗粒状σ状，对性能没有影响，合金在各种不同热处理状态以及焊接时均没有出现晶间腐蚀现象。

制度A: 1100±10保温1小时 ，空冷。
制度B: :1100±10保温1小时，空冷+ 750±10保温8小时，空冷。
制度c： 1100±10保温1小时，空冷+ 750±10保温8小时以每小时50降温至650±10保温16小时，空冷
