3 &nbs;参数
3.1 &nbs;额定功率:2000W;
3.2 &nbs;额定电压:127V;
3.3 &nbs;温控器表面温度:过(80±5)℃;
4 &nbs;点(见附图)
4.1 &nbs;取暖器由器、电源引入腔、接线室和防尘罩组成。器内安装有4支热元件;接线室内串接有温控器,并有电源母线供电热元件连线;接线室将127V电源从配套设经引线装置接入,并有接线柱通往接线室;防尘罩用来防止灰尘堆积到器上。温度采用温控器和温度保险丝双重,达到120℃时,温度保险丝熔断断电。
4.2 &nbs;取暖器器:采用灰铸铁作为器,持续能力。
4.3 &nbs;取暖器热元件:采用符DIN 44921-3-1985《壳、管式电热元件 &nbs;要求》标准的热元件,具有发热、的点。
4.4 &nbs;取暖器温控器:采用符JB/T 3751---1997《家用和类似用途双温度器》标准的KSD型温控器,具有动作,机械寿命长的点。
5 &nbs;使用条件
⑴ &nbs;环境温度:-20℃~+40℃;
⑵ &nbs;环境相对湿度:≤98%(+25℃);
⑶ &nbs;气压力:86ka~106ka;
⑷ &nbs;根据《煤矿规程》(2004)百十条规定,通风机房位于工业场以外时,除开采有瓦斯喷出区域的矿井和煤(岩)与瓦斯突出矿井外,用隔焰式火炉或式电热器取暖。
