原料配方中添加抗氧剂:聚合物抗氧剂是一类能抑制或延缓聚合物制造、加工和应用过程中的氧化降解而使用的添加剂。聚合物抗氧剂[-嗽其化学结构和添加种类可分为受阻酚类、胺类、含硫化合物、含磷化合物、有机金属盐类、复合型抗氧剂等等。自动氧化理论认为，聚合物的氧化过程是一种自动催化链反应，不同类型的抗氧剂在抗氧化过程中发挥不同的作用。由于PA66的熔点较高，一般试剂的汽化温度、分解温度或燃点相对较低，因此，适用于PA66的抗氧化剂不多，其中有一部分抗氧剂需要在树脂加工过程中添加。适用于PA类聚合物的主要抗热氧化试剂见表1。
