PA在室温下的拉伸强度和冲击强度都较高,但冲击强度不如PC和POM高。随温度和湿度的升高,拉伸强度急剧下降,而冲击强度则明显提高。玻璃纤维增强PA的强度受温度和湿度影响较小。PA的耐疲劳性较好,仅次于POM,玻纤增强处理后还可提高50%左右。PA的抗蠕变性较差,不适于制造精密的受力制品,但玻纤增强后可改善。PA的耐摩擦性和耐磨损性优良,是一种常用的耐磨性塑料品种。其中,不同品种的摩擦因数相差不大,无油润滑摩擦因数仅为0.1~0.3。耐磨性以PA1010***佳。PA中加入二硫化钼、石墨、F4及PE等可进一步改进摩擦性和耐磨性。

塑料***之光稳定剂分类与原理:
光稳定剂是橡胶塑料材料中重要的添加剂,主要用来抑制或减缓橡塑制品光老化。
1、光老化概念:材料在光的作用下,发生物理或化学变化,导致材料性质发生变化,比如变脆、发硬、变黄等,性能下降甚至无法继续使用。
2、防止材料光老化的措施:常常是添加光稳定剂,抑制或减缓光氧化降解,添加含量一般为0.01-0.5%。

PA products need to be humidified after molding to reduce the impact of water absorption on the performance and improve dimensional stability.
