进口塑料进排气阀阀采用正压排气和负压进气设计,具备排气和进气功能。排气阀在管道有压状态下自动排放内部积聚的少量空气。负压管道排空时自动进气,保持水流畅通。尤其是在水柱分离工况下自动打开,向管道内进气以消除真空。 retz The imported plastic intake and exhaust valve adopts a positive pressure exhaust and negative pressure intake design, with exhaust and intake functions. The exhaust valve automatically releases a small amount of accumulated air inside the pipeline under pressure. When the negative pressure pipeline is emptied, it automatically enters the air to maintain smooth water flow. Especially in the case of water column separation, it automatically opens and injects air into the pipeline to eliminate vacuum

工作原理operational principle

1.系统注水:系统注水过程中,大量空气从进排气口排出。水进入空气阀腔室后,浮球随液位上升关闭进排气口。符合气体动力学的阀体设计和浮球防吹起设计,可在水进入空气阀前防止浮球彼高速气流吹起导致排气口过早关闭。

  System water injection: a large amount of air is discharged from the inlet and exhaust ports. After the water enters the air valve chamber, the float ball closes the inlet and exhaust ports as the liquid level rises.The valve body design and floating ball blowing design that conform to the gas dynamics can prevent the premature closing before the water enters the air valve.

2.系统有压状态:系统有压状态下,进排气阀保持关闭

  System has pressure state: when the system has pressure state, the inlet and exhaust valve remains closed

3.系统负压状态:系统排空时形成负压差,空气向下推动浮球,空气进入空气阀,避免系统内形成负压

  Negative pressure state of the system: the negative pressure difference forms when the system is emptied, the air pushes the floating ball down, the air enters the air valve, to avoid the formation of negative pressure in the system
