卧式排气阀采用杠杆式原理，排气速度快，灵敏度高，适用于高压大量排气的场合。杠杆卧式排气阀包括有一底部及侧面带进气口的阀体、密封圈、阀盖、排气嘴、封堵、阀杆、浮子,特别是在阀盖的内侧设置有与阀盖为一体的导向套,该导向套与带有浮子的阀杆上端相对应,在阀体的底部设置有一与导向套相对应并套装阀杆下端的导向孔,使阀杆只能在阀腔内沿导向套和导向孔之间上下移动。增加了密封度,提高了该阀的动作灵敏性。
