聚碳酸酯最突出的是高温下对微量水分的敏感性，加上熔融温度高，熔融粘度大，常因处理不当而出现开裂和其他质量事故，所以注塑前必须严格、***进行干燥。经干燥后塑料水分含量应不大于0.02%，微量水分的存在可以使聚碳酸酯发生破坏性的降解，粘度下降，放出二氧化碳等气体，塑料变色，性能变坏。注成的光盘制品易带银丝、气泡，甚至破裂。水分含量越高，破坏性降解现象越严重。

If the mold temperature is too low, the workpiece is difficult to fill the cavity, or with a large shrinkage, ripple, hair spots, dark strip, cavity and other apparent defects, will increase the residual parts. If the mold temperature is too high, product cooling, forming cycle is long, the surface gloss is poor, will cause stick mold, make ejection and demoulding difficult, product bridge area, warping deformation.
