卤阻燃剂
溴化芳香族类化合物具有较高的热稳定性,是PC+ABS塑胶优异的阻燃剂。常用的有:十溴联苯醚、十溴双酚A、四溴双酚A、十四溴二苯氧基苯、1,2—双(三溴苯氧基)乙烷、1,2双(四溴邻苯三二甲酰胺)乙烷、四溴双酚A碳酸酯齐聚物、溴化环氧树脂齐聚物、溴化聚苯乙烯等。在CaCO3填充PC/ABS (80/20)合金中添加15份十溴联苯醚,合金的氧指数为28.5。十溴联苯醚除了具有阻燃作用外,还具有较为明显的增韧作用,其含量在15份范围内,合金的冲击强度随十溴联苯醚含量的增加而增加。含溴阻燃剂与氧化锑或锑酸钠复配使用,阻燃效果更好。在PC/ABS合金配比为(4:1)一(8:11)范围内,溴化PC的阻燃效果与RDP相当,PC/ABS配比为3/1时,合金达到UL94 V-0级所需的溴化PC含量比RDP含量高,为12%。

PC + ABS plastic raw materials can be used non-phosphorus, non-halogen flame retardant Polysiloxane Copolymer, organic siloxane, methyl phenyl silicone resin and so on. ORGANOSILICON polymer is a kind of semi-organic polymer with special structure and excellent performance. Its main chain is the inorganic structure of Si-o Bond, its side base is the organic group, and it has the double properties of Inorganic compound and organic polymer. As a flame retardant, it is a kind of "green" flame retardant with good flame retardancy and high temperature oxidation resistance, friendly to environment, low toxicity or non-toxicity. Using phenyl methoxysilane and methyl methoxysilane as raw materials, silicone resin flame retardant was prepared by hydrolysis and condensation method. The factors such as reaction time, reaction temperature, catalyst dosage and termination time were analyzed by orthogonal experiment, the preparation conditions of silicone resin flame retardant were optimized, and the silicone resin with good thermal stability was prepared. Under 800 °C and N 2 atmosphere, the thermal loss weight was less than 39% , good flame retardancy for PC. Adding 5% to PC can increase its oxygen index from 26 to 34.
