The filtering of input module can reduce the difference mode interference between the input signals. In order to reduce the common mode interference between input signal and earth, PLC controller should be grounded well. When the input end has rational load, the capacitor and resistance can be connected at both ends of the load for the communication input signal, and the DC input signal can be connected to the current diode. RC surge absorber can be used to suppress parasitic capacitance between input signal lines, parasitic capacitance between other lines or induced EMF caused by coupling.
The output is a rational load, and can be parallel connected with RC surge absorber at both ends of load; If it is DC load, the continuous current diode can be paralleled and the load should be as close as possible. For the case of switching output, surge absorber or thyristor output module can be selected.
