TRICONEX英维思3610T应用工控行业ESD控制系统配件云化工业基站是基于统一基站云底座，将工业控制的核心器件——可编程逻辑控制器PLC云化集成部署到工业基站云平台上，使基站内生工业控制能力，进一步推动5G专网深入工业现场。认为，在5G基站中部署云化PLC，给PLC这项传统的技术引入新的血液，将IT、CT与OT融合，实现5G、人工智能、边缘计算、工业互联网技术赋能工业控制，打造的云边协同的智能化控制系统，让控制技术能更好服务于智能制造、柔性制造，持续推动5G工业基站在工业场景中的落地与应用。此次5G云化工业基站基于中国移动提出的智简5G行业网技术体系进行开发，在三个月时间内完成了设备开发和端到端验证，充分表明了该技术体系支撑行业需求的敏捷、高效。本次验证面向工业传感器数据采集场景，通过5G实现传感器数据采集的PLC控制和上报，实现5G网络与工业控制网络融合一体。5G云化工业基站是基于统一基站云底座，进一步推动5G专网深入工业现场。制造业作为中国国民经济的支柱产业，其网络化、数字化、智能化转型是国家“新基建”和5G应用“扬帆”行动的重要内容。工业互联网是信息通信技术与现代工业深度融合所形成的新兴业态与应用模式，可以地促进生产和社会的发展变革。现阶段工业互联网在生产辅助类、车间级和现场级产线生产类等IT和OT场景对网络提出了差异化的需求，工业希望有一张网承载从IT到OT的所有需求。对5G来说，现阶段IT网络需求已经基本可以满足，后续需关注OT层需求。这次5G工业基站的发布和成功验证，将5G专网的和确定性网络能力引入到工业控制系统中，对于深化5G与工业的融合，实现5G一网到底承载IT和OT域的全部工业应用，促进工业互联网的云化、无线化、国产化发展具有重要意义。在云化方面，5G工业基站方案将传统PLC硬件实体软件化，并集成于基站算力中，可实现多个PLC云化集中部署，有效扩展PLC算力、提升部署效率、降低部署，成为工厂降本增效的新途径。在无线化方面，5G工业基站可实现PLC全向连接的无线化，避免了PLC与IO之间有线易磨损和折断带来生产效率降低的问题，同时解决了工业现场线路排布复杂、工位安插不灵活的难题，加快工业企业构建“小单快跑”能力，实现柔性制造、敏捷部署、灵活定制，助力数字化转型升级。
