英维思TRICONEX 3007可编程控制系统通讯卡件拍摄共享详情参数MP控制器采用三个独立通道，每个通道与另外二个通道并行独立执行应用程序，对从现场来得所有数字量输入/输出信号采用通过获得的硬件表决器进行表决，而模拟信号则是中间值选择处理。因为每个通道与其他通道隔离，任何通道单点故障不会影响其他通道。如果一个通道发生硬件故障，而其他通道不顾及它。在此期间控制器不间断处理的情况下，可方便地在线插拔和替换故障模块。TRICONEX系统，完全遵循IEC61508/61511标准，采用当今的TMR微处理器硬件技术，和成熟可靠的TRISTATION 1131软件的三重化冗余容错控制系统。系统高可靠性和高利用率，被广应用于石化、炼油、石油天然气、化工、电力、轨道交通、航天、核工业等行业，在装置安全联锁系统ESD、蒸汽透平控制、燃汽透平控制、压缩机防喘振控制、海上石油平台、火气监测保护（F&G）、等方面有广的业绩。TRICONEX系统大的特点是能同时满足高可靠性、高可用性的容错控制能力。为系统的高可靠性和高可用性，控制器、I/O模块、通讯均采用三重化设计。控制系统可以识别控制系统元件的故障，自动把故障的元件加以排除，并允许在继续完成任务的同时，对故障元件进行在线修复而不中断过程的操作。任何故障及相关数据被存储在NVRAM中，在I/O模块中任一通道故障，系统该模块能维持运行1500小时，仍能满足TUV AK6级。TRICONEX安全控制系统是基于三重模件冗余(TMR)结构的的容错控制器。TMR是集成了三路隔离的、并行工作的控制系统，并在每一个独立的控制系统中执行广的诊断。系统采用三取二逻辑表决方式，提供高度完善、无差错、不间断的过程操作，不会因为单点的故障而导致系统失效。
