液位传感器的安装使用核心是 “安装位置、介质兼容”,浮球式传感器需安装在容器内部,确保浮球能随液位自由升降,无机械阻挡,安装高度需覆盖与液位,避免浮球卡滞。静压式传感器需投入容器底部,电缆长度需适配容器深度,避免电缆拉伸或缠绕,接线时需保护电缆密封接头,防止介质渗漏。超声波式传感器需安装在容器顶部,发射面垂直于液面,避免安装在罐口边缘或蒸汽出口附近,安装高度需大于液位高度。维护时,需定期检查浮球是否卡滞、腐蚀,静压式传感器的是否结垢、堵塞,超声波式的发射面是否清洁,避免粉尘、水汽影响信号,故障时若液位显示异常,可排查安装位置、介质是否有泡沫或沉淀,非接触式可校准声速补偿。
光电传感器的安装使用需重点关注 “光轴对齐、环境适配”,对射式传感器需将发射器与接收器安装在同一轴线上,间距根据型号可达数米至数十米,安装时需使用水平仪校准,避免光轴偏移导致检测失效;漫反射式需将传感器安装在检测目标的侧方,调整安装高度与角度,确保目标能有效反射光束;镜面反射式需将发射器与接收器一体安装,反射镜固定在对面,***光束经反射镜返回接收器。接线分为 NPN 与 PNP 两种输出类型,需根据控制器接口类型选择,电源电压支持 12-24V DC 宽电压,部分产品具备短路保护功能。维护时,需定期清洁发射器、接收器的镜头与反射镜,去除灰尘、油污,避免影响透光性,检查支架是否松动导致光轴偏移,在强光环境下可搭配遮光罩或选择抗强光型产品,故障排查可通过观察传感器指示灯状态(电源灯、信号灯)判断,电源灯不亮检查供电,信号灯异常检查光轴与检测距离。
