总线耦合器是现场总线系统的接口转接单元,原理作为控制器与分布式 I/O 模块的通信桥梁,将工业总线信号转换为模块背板通信信号,实现信号集中转接、模块自动识别与扩展;安装直接卡装在 DIN 导轨上,前端连接控制器总线,后端级联数字量、模拟量等 I/O 模块,无需复杂接线与配置;主要用于搭建分布式 I/O 控制系统,扩展控制器接口数量,适配现场设备分散、布线复杂的工业场景。
信号隔离器是工业弱信号抗干扰保护器件,原理通过光电、磁电隔离技术,切断输入与输出端的直接电气连接,地环流、电磁干扰、电压波动对信号的影响,同时实现信号放大、分配、转换;安装采用导轨式密集排布,端子区分输入、输出、电源,支持 4-20mA、0-10V 等标准信号,通电即可工作无需调试;主要用于保护 PLC、仪表、采集卡等核心设备,提升远距离信号传输稳定性,避免干扰导致的数据漂移与设备损坏。

流量传感器的核心原理根据类型差异***:差压式通过节流装置(如孔板、文丘里管)使流体节生差压,差压与流量的平方成正比,通过差压传感器测量差压并计算流量;叶轮式(涡轮式)中流体推动涡轮旋转,旋转速度与流量成正比,通过磁电感应或光电检测产生脉冲信号,计数脉冲数得到流量;电磁式基于电磁感应定律,导电流体在磁场中流动切割磁感线,产生感应电动势,电动势与流量成正比;超声波式通过测量声波在流体中顺流与逆流的传播时间差,计算流体流速与流量。其硬件架构包含检测元件(节流装置、涡轮、电磁线圈、超声换能器)、信号转换电路、放大电路、计算处理单元与输出模块,部分产品具备流量累积、温度压力补偿功能,提升测量精度。安装使用时,需根据流体的导电性、粘度、腐蚀性选择适配原理的传感器,核心运行逻辑是将流体流动状态转化为电信号,经算法处理后输出流量数据。
