压力传感器的核心原理基于敏感元件的物理形变:应变片式利用金属或半导体应变片粘贴在弹性元件(如膜片、梁)上,压力作用使弹性元件形变,带动应变片电阻变化,通过惠斯通电桥将电阻变化转化为电压信号;压电式利用压电晶体(如石英、压电陶瓷)的压电效应,压力作用产生电荷,经电荷放大器转化为电压信号;电容式利用弹性膜片作为电容极板,压力使膜片形变改变极板间距,导致电容变化,经振荡电路转化为电信号。其硬件架构包含弹性元件、敏感元件、信号调理电路(放大、滤波、补偿)、A/D 转换器(数字输出型)与电源模块,其中温度补偿电路是关键,通过抵消环境温度对敏感元件的影响,提升测量精度。安装使用时,弹性元件与敏感元件需与被测介质兼容,避免腐蚀损坏,信号调理电路需电磁干扰,确保信号稳定性,核心运行逻辑是将压力物理量通过 “形变 - 电信号” 的二次转换,实现测量与输出。
编码器的安装使用关键是 “同轴连接、环境防护”,安装方式通过联轴器、法兰或夹紧套与被测轴固定,联轴器需选择弹性联轴器,吸收安装偏差,避免刚性连接导致轴系损坏,同轴度误差需控制在 0.2mm 以内,轴向窜动≤0.5mm。安装环境需具备防尘、防水、防振动性能,防护等级通常≥IP54,恶劣环境下选择 IP67 及以***级,避免粉尘、水汽进入内部损坏编码盘。接线时,增量式区分 A、B、Z 三相信号与电源,式需根据通信协议(如 RS485、Profibus)配置接线,电缆需单端接地,避免电磁干扰。维护时,需定期检查连接部件是否松动,清洁外壳灰尘,避免碰撞编码盘,故障时若信号丢失或跳变,可排查同轴度、接线极性或编码盘污染,部分编码备故障自诊断功能,可通过指示灯状态判断。
