伺服驱动器安装以散热优先、布线规范为核心,采用 DIN 导轨或螺栓固定,安装间距预留散热空间,远离变频器、变压器等强干扰源,动力线与编码器反馈线分开敷设,层单端接地,接线严格区分电源、电机、编码器、控制端子,调试通过软件完成电机参数识别、增益调整、限位设置,具备故障代码自诊断功能,运维仅需定期清洁灰尘、检查接线紧固性,适用于长期连续高精度运行场景。伺服电机安装强调刚性连接、同轴,通过法兰螺栓固定在设备基座,输出轴通过弹性联轴器与负载连接,同轴度误差控制在极小范围,避免径向力损伤电机轴承,安装后检查转子转动顺畅无卡顿,接线注重编码器插头防水防松,运行时监测温度与噪音,维护无需保养,仅需防止粉尘、油污侵入电机内部,适配高精密传动安装需求。步进驱动器安装便捷紧凑,导轨式安装节省空间,接线仅需电源、脉冲、方向三根核心线路,无反馈接线复杂度,通过面板拨码开关快速设置细分步数、工作电流,适配不同步进电机参数,调试无复杂参数整定,通电即可运行,具备过流、过热保护,运维简单,仅需定期检查拨码状态与接线,适合快速部署、简易调试场景。步进电机安装无高精度同轴要求,法兰固定牢固即可,输出轴直接或通过简易联轴器连接负载,无编码器接线,安装不受角度限制,通电后具备保持力矩实现锁止,运行无高温烧毁风险,维护零成本,无需润滑、无需校准,仅需避免长期过载失步,适合大批量、标准化、低成本安装部署。
振动传感器基于压电效应、磁电感应或电容变化原理,将机械振动(速度、加速度、位移)转化为电信号,核心是通过敏感元件(如压电陶瓷、线圈)感知设备振动的频率与幅值,经信号调理后输出标准信号,用于监测设备运行状态。安装使用时,需通过螺纹或磁吸方式固定在设备振动敏感部位(如电机轴承端盖、机床床身),确保与设备表面紧密贴合,避免松动影响信号采集,安装方向需与振动方向一致(垂直或水平)。接线需采用电缆,避免电磁干扰,部分产品需配置信号放大器或变送器。用途上主要应用于设备故障诊断与预测性维护,如电机、泵体、风机、齿轮箱等旋转机械的振动监测,可实时捕捉振动异常信号,预警轴承磨损、转子不平衡、齿轮啮合不良等故障,避免设备停机损失,广泛应用于电力、化工、冶金、机械制造等行业。
