位移传感器(又称位置传感器)通过将机械位移量(直线位移、角位移)转化为电信号实现检测,核心原理包括电感式(电磁感应变化)、电容式(极板间距变化)、光栅式(光的干涉与衍射)、磁栅式(磁信号变化)等,可实现微米级甚至纳米级的高精度测量。安装使用时,需根据测量行程、精度要求选择类型,直线位移传感器需***安装面平行于位移方向,避免倾斜或侧向力;角位移传感器需确保轴心同心,避免偏心或振动影响。接线需遵循信号极性与要求,部分产品需进行零点校准与量程标定,安装环境需远离强电磁干扰与粉尘、油污。用途上广泛应用于高端装备制造、精密加工、机器人等领域,可实现机床主轴、机器人关节位移检测、工件尺寸精度测量等功能,如数控机床刀具位移控制、自动化装配线工件、汽车零部件尺寸检测等,是提升设备运动精度与产品加工质量的核心传感器。
温度传感器的安装使用需遵循 “充分接触、测温” 原则,安装方式根据类型选择,热电阻与热电偶多采用螺纹固定(如 M16、M20)或插入式安装,插入深度需确保敏感元件完全浸入被测介质(液体中插入深度≥5 倍传感器直径,气体中≥10 倍),避免热传导误差。接线时,热电阻三线制接法需***三根导线规格一致、长度相同,接入控制器时区分信号正、负与补偿线;热电偶需使用与型号匹配的补偿导线,正负极不能接反,冷端需远离热源。维护时,需定期检查接线端子是否氧化、松动,敏感元件的保护套管是否腐蚀、破损,对于高温环境下的传感器,需检查绝缘性能,避免短路,校准周期通常为 1 年,可通过标准温度计对比调整,故障时若测量值偏差大,可排查接线方式、插入深度或敏感元件损坏。
