液位传感器是容器介质管理中的 “安全监测终端”,核心是实时掌握容器内介质的液位高度,预防满溢、空转等安全风险,同时支撑介质补给与排放的自动化控制。其接触式与非接触式的多样化类型,适配不同介质(导电、绝缘、腐蚀性)与容器类型(储罐、水池、油箱),在化工园区,用于危化品储罐液位监控与满溢报警;在消防系统中,监测消防水箱液位,确保应急供水;在机床设备中,控制油箱油位,避免油泵空转损坏。其核心价值在于以高安全性、高可靠性,为容器介质管理提供 “可视化” 数据,推动介质管控从人工巡检向自动化、智能化转型,降低安全隐患与人工成本。
光电传感器的核心原理是基于光的传播特性,发射器由发光二极管(LED)或激光二极管产生特定波长的光束,接收器由光电三极管、光电二极管等组成,将光信号转化为电信号。对射式原理是光束被目标遮挡时接收器无信号,输出开关信号;漫反射式是光束经目标反射后被接收器接收,根据反射光强度判断目标;镜面反射式是光束经反射镜反射后返回接收器,目标遮挡光束时输出信号。内部电路包含驱动电路(控制发射器发光)、接收电路(信号转换)、比较电路(判断信号阈值)、输出电路(标准信号输出),部分产品具备抗强光干扰电路与脉冲调制技术,避免自然光或其他光源干扰。安装使用时,需匹配发射器与接收器的光轴,调整检测距离与灵敏度,激光式比 LED 式精度更高、检测距离更远,但对安装精度要求更高。其核心运行逻辑是通过光信号的 “通断” 或 “强弱” 转化为电信号,实现对目标的非接触式检测,响应速度可达微秒级,适配高速运动目标检测。

冗余模块的核心原理是基于 “主备同步 + 故障切换” 机制,通过硬件层面的实时数据同步电路与软件层面的状态监测算法,实现主模块与备份模块的无缝协同。主模块正常工作时,冗余模块实时接收主模块的运行数据(如程序状态、I/O 信号、控制参数)并保持同步,同时通过监测电路实时检测主模块的供电、通信、硬件状态;当主模块出现故障时,监测电路立即触发切换信号,冗余模块在毫秒级内接管主模块的所有功能,输出与主模块一致的控制信号,确保控制流程不中断。部分高端冗余模块支持 N+1 冗余设计,多个备份模块可同时为多个主模块提供备份。安装使用时,主备模块需采用相同的安装方式与接线配置,同步线与信号线分开敷设,避免干扰,软件层面需在控制器中启用冗余功能,配置切换条件、同步周期等参数,故障恢复后可手动或自动切换回主模块运行。用途上聚焦关键工业场景的可靠性保障,是核电、石化、城市供水等行业不可或缺的安全部件,有效降低单点故障导致的生产中断风险。
