另一款PIN针视觉检测机则瞄准高精度连接检测需求。传统模式下PIN针易出现接触不良等问题,一旦发生故障,往往需要拆解整车才能问题,成本高、风险大。宝维塔采用无接触视觉检测方案,搭载超高分辨率光学成像系统与内嵌式AI视觉算法,可检测每一根PIN针在X、Y、Z三个方向的位置度,检测精度高达±0.02毫米,真正实现域控连接器“***”交付。
从这些展品中不难发现,宝维塔的产品并非凭空研发,而是从真实制造痛点出发。这也解释了为什么身为模组龙头的移远通信,会选择坚定切入工业智能赛道。在工控网看来,移远通信的这一步布局并非跨界,而是能力自然延伸、需求顺势而为的战略必然。“再好的产品设计,必须经过制造环节才能成为商品。”宝维塔总经理兰世桂坦言,“移远本身拥有高度智能化的工厂,多年来陆续有客户在参观后提出智能化改造其自有工厂的需求。在此需求推动之下,移远于2022年正式将内部成熟的智能制造能力孵化成宝维塔事业部,以‘内孵外溢’的模式对外提供专业服务,让自身的制造优势真正转化为行业能力。”
