Silicon Cutting Machine
(带安全防护型) 数控硅胶切条机是我公司专业订制的***，既能分条又能切条、切块、切断
的一机多用设备。其一、计量准——其切条切块精度高，可节省原材料降价成本（该机主要用于切
硅胶）；其二、在安全上，刀架前不但装有安全档板，而且还装有安全感应开关，只要把安全档板
抽动，全机断电，***切手事故发生。
1、 本机控制系统采用松下高性能PLC与台湾***彩色人机界面组成，性能稳定；
2、切刀定位采用台湾直线导轨轴承传动机构，确保每一刀所切位置一样，切刀高度调节采用圆螺
母微调机构）；
3、胶料采用无动力不锈钢辊筒进行输送，准确且能与压料滚筒同步；
4、使用变速马达，可调整切条速度。
5. 可同时切三种不同宽度的的胶料，对胶料的切料次数可进行设定，满足特殊客户的需要。

2.cutter positioning actuator adopt Taiwan linear guide bearing, ensure that every knife cutting position, height
adjustment of the blade adopts the round nut fine-tuning institutions);
3.rubber unpowered stainless steel roller conveyor, accurate and can feed roller and pressure;
4.the use of variable speed motors, cutting speed can be adjusted.
5.can cut at the same time three different width of rubber, the rubber blanking times can be set, to meet specific customer&＃39;s needs.
