无菌灌封机转向阀组（AP阀）

a.腔承受的工作压力(CIP压力）0.4MPa.

b.阀腔通径流量大于1500L/Hr.

c.所有与产品接触的零部件材料采用食品级材料，耐温150℃以上，耐酸碱，不分解，整个阀组金属材料采用食品级不锈钢材料。

d.各阀在工作时要要求无泄漏，活动自如，各阀在关闭工作位时，各阀所控制的工作介质不能够相互渗漏，并***阀腔以及整个产品通道与外界完全隔离无渗漏，确保阀腔及产品通道能够达到无菌状态。

e.阀腔和整个产品通道表面光滑（表面光洁度达到0.8um）接口平滑过渡，***，清洗后没有产品、工作介质余垢。

e.Valve chamber and the product channel with smooth surface (surface finish to 0.8um)

No dead ends,to ensure no product remains after cleaning.

f.ln nomal working conditions,the valve seal can last ror 1000hors without leakiing.
