我司生产的:气动金属密封球阀,此阀门主要适用于温度高温250度以上的工况场合。

气动金属密封球阀主要分为两种密封结构：即单向密封和双向密封；单向密封：只能在规定的方向即球阀标示的密封方向密封；双向密封：在两个方向上都能密封；

气动硬密封球阀的结构形式分为浮动球式和固定球式；连接形式为法兰连接、焊接连接及螺纹连接。与电气阀门定位器配套，输入4～20mADC信号及0.4～0.7MPa气源即可控制运转，实现对压力、流量、温度、液位等参数的调节。亦配行程限位开关、电磁阀、减压阀及0.4-0.7MPa气源可实现开关操作，并送出二对无源触点信号指示阀门的开关。

气动硬密封球阀具有连线简单，结构紧凑、尺寸小、重量轻、阻力小、动作稳定可靠等优点。

气动硬密封球阀广泛用于石油、天然气、煤炭和矿石的开采、提炼加工和管道输送系统中；化工产品、医药和食品生产中；水电、火电和核电的电力生产系统中；城市和工业企业的给排水、供热和供气系统中。

气动球阀在管路中主要用来做切断速度快、分配和改变介质的流动方向。气动球阀是近年来被广泛采用的一种新型阀门，它具有以下优点：

1．流体阻力小，其阻力系数与同长度的管段相等。

2．结构简单、体积小、重量轻。

3．紧密可靠，目前球阀的密封面材料广泛使用塑料、密封性好，在真空系统中也已广泛使用。

4．操作方便，开闭迅速，从全开到全关只要旋转90°，便于远距离的控制。

5．维修方便，气动球阀结构简单，密封圈一般都是活动的，拆卸更换都比较方便。

6．在全开或全闭时，球体和阀座的密封面与介质隔离，介质通过时，不会引起阀门密封面的侵蚀。

7．适用范围广，通径从小到几毫米，大到几米，从高真空至高压力都可应用。

8. 因为气动球阀动力源采用的是气体，一般为0.2-0.8MPa压力，相对比较安全。气动球阀如果漏气的话，相对液动、电动来说，气体可以直接排出，对环境没有污染，同时具有较高的安全性。

9.相对于手动和涡轮转动球阀来说，气动球阀可以大口径配置，（手动和涡轮转动球阀一般都在DN300口径以下，气动球阀目前可以达到DN1200口径。）
