偏心半气动球阀使用中应该注意什么问题

偏心半气动球阀使用中应该注意:

1、安装前先检查偏心半气动球阀内腔清洁度，确认部件完善并无异物时才可安装。

2、球阀驱动装置分手动和电动方式两种，可根据用户需要配装，阀门安装前应试启、闭两次。当使用一段时间后，阀门出现泄漏，可调整手动和电动驱动装置的限位紧固螺栓，因有偏心结构，可补尝磨损量，调整前必须详细阅读《手动和电动驱动装置使用说明书》。

3、球阀偏心轴和阀座密封付调整必须要有经验人员才可进行。

4、球阀若暂时不安装使用，应存放在干燥通风的室内，严禁磕碰或受外力。需把阀门开启5°，避免密封圈长期受压降低弹性而影响使用寿命。

5、新安装阀门***次试水可能因运输或其它原因产生轻微泄漏，可开关阀门5°～10°两、三次，阀门会自动调节至正确位置。

6、球阀驱动装置限止位紧固螺栓出厂前调试完毕，不允许松动。当阀门使用很长一段时间后若出现泄漏，可把驱动装置限止位紧固螺栓松开，逆时钟旋转一圈并锁紧螺母，再把阀门关紧一些，因偏心的作用来消除磨损间隙，***阀门继续使用,切不可在没有松开驱动装置限止位紧固螺栓的情况下强行关闭阀门,这样会损坏驱动装置。

7、偏心半气动球阀是单向密封阀门，阀体上的箭头为阀门密封方向，而不是介质流向，安装时当作为截止阀用时，箭头与介质流向相同(即正向安装)，当作为止回阀用时,

箭头与介质流向相反(反向安装)。

3, ball valve eccentric shaft and the valve seat sealing pay must be adjusted to experienced personnel can carry out.

4 ball, if temporarily not installed, should be stored in dry and ventilated room, no bump or force. The valve should be opened 5 degrees to avoid the long compression of the sealing ring to reduce the elasticity and affect the service life.

5, newly installed valve first test the water may be slight leakage due to transportation or other reasons, can switch the valve 5 degrees to 10 degrees for two or three times, the valve can be automatically adjusted to the correct position.

6, ball valve driving device to limit a fastening bolt before debugging, not allowed to loose. When the valve is used for a long period of time if there is leakage, the driving device limiting fastening bolts loose, counterclockwise rotation of a circle and a locking nut, the valve closed, due to eccentric action to eliminate wear clearance, to ensure that the valve to use, must not be forced to close the valve without release driving device a fastening bolt limit case, this will damage the drive device.

7, the eccentric half pneumatic ball valve is a one-way seal valve. The arrow on the valve body is the valve seal direction instead of the medium flow direction. When installed as a globe valve, the arrow is the same as the medium flow direction (i.e. forward installation). When used as a check valve, the arrow will be used as a check valve.

The arrow is opposite to the medium (reverse installation).
