Using sebacic acid/GDX103 as stationary phase, using thermal conductivity detector and using ethyl acetate as internal standard for quantification, the measured results are very close to the results of chemical analysis, and the minimum detection amount can reach 0.13 μg , with satisfactory accuracy and precision.
