Injection molding is a widely used molding method for plastic and rubber products. During the injection molding process, the raw materials are decomposed by heating to generate a certain amount of organic flue gas, mainly non-methane total hydrocarbons. Through the monitoring of non-methane total hydrocarbons in different injection molding waste gas, the characteristics of non-methane total hydrocarbon emissions are analyzed, and suggestions for prevention and monitoring plan of injection molding waste gas are put forward.
