产品特点：

本系列型设备外型尺寸及电机功率等技术数据，可以根据用户要求，按生产工艺流程、操作条件、厂房高度、对本设备罐体管件工艺开孔、电机功率、搅拌转速等实际情况要求进行制造。
用途：本设备是引进国外（硬）软胶囊设备技术，根据国内（硬）软胶囊药业生产实际需要，自行设计，是胶囊胶化、配料、真空、冷凝等生产工艺工序中专用配套设备。本设备依照GMP《中华人民共和国医药行业标准》，按胶囊药化罐（器、桶）Q/WRJ01-2002等技术标准要求进行制造。
特点：本设备采用单机双向正转和反转多层搅拌，由双轴正反输出减速机配套运转总成，结构紧凑、传动平稳、工作性能稳定。均质效果好，整体由不锈钢精制而成，罐体采用内胆，加温套，保温层套等到三层结构，用循环热水对罐内进行加热，具有加热快，保温性能强，能提高胶液质量，加速胶液溶化，缩短胶化时间，内胆封闭式，真空性能好。完全符合GMP卫生标准要求，是胶囊医药行业作为胶化、配料、真空搅拌均质的理想设备。

Introduction ：

Dimensions and motor power of the machine can be custom-made according to technological process, operating condition, factory height including starting a hole on tank, motor power, blending rotate speed.
Usage：importing technology and equipment of hard(soft) capsules of overseas. We design and manufacture it according to the demands of hard (soft) capsule in domestic. Features：single motor for bipartite orthogyral and reverse multi-layer blending, consisting of reduction drive with positive and negative double axis output, compact design, stable drive, good homogeneity, made of stainless steel. The tank is made of internal bladder, steam jacket and insulating layer, heat by cycling hot water, quick heat, heat preservation, high glue liquor quality, fast lyse, gel time reduced, enclosed type internal bladder, good vacuum.
