Designed and tested for the following applications D***la M has been developed for lubrication of medium and high-speed engines running on distillate fuels or marine diesel oils. D***la M can be also be used in geared transmissions, turbo-chargers, variable pitch propellers or stern tubes. It can also provide good lubrication for a variety of deck machinery or where an application requires SAE 30 or SAE 40 viscosity engine lubricant. Available range D***la M 3015 and D***la M 4015 are currently available for lubrication of engines running on distillate fuel oil or marine diesel oil containing preferably less than 1.5% sulphur (*** 8217 type DMX and DMA). D***la M 3020 and D***la M 4020 are available for lubrication of engines running on distillate fuel or marine diesel oil containing up to 2% sulphur (*** 8217 type DMB and DMC). D***la M 3012 and D***la M 4012 can be used in certain conditions, when the engine is always running on distillate fuels with suophur below 1% (*** 8217 type DMX).
