性质简介：FeRhoNox-1, as an active fluorescent probe, plays a crucial role in biological and chemical research. Its unique properties enable it to selectively and sensitively detect the concentration of intracellular ferrous ions, thereby helping us better understand the regulatory mechanisms of cell metabolism and ion balance. The fluorescence characteristics of FeRhoNox-1 are derived from specific functional groups in its molecular structure, which undergo conformational changes when combined with ferrous ions, thereby altering its fluorescence properties. When the concentration of ferrous ions increases, the fluorescence intensity of FeRhoNox-1 will also increase, and this change can be monitored in real-time through a fluorescence microscope or fluorescence spectrometer. In addition to real-time monitoring of intracellular ferrous ion concentration, FeRhoNox-1 can also be used to study the role of ferrous ions in cellular signaling, redox reactions, and cell apoptosis.
