AD粉系列产品是我公司从日本，韩国进口的炼钢促进剂，该产品应用广泛，具有脱氧、调渣、该渣、去除钢中夹杂物、快速发泡、促进脱硫等功能。该产品直接使用可做脱氧剂，也可和氧化钙按照一定的比例搭配制成的铁水脱硫剂脱硫效果好，脱硫率可达到75%-90%，在国内外个大钢厂已经广泛使用，是一种成熟的产品，该产品犹豫含有一定量的金属铝和活性度很高的氧化铝，在钢水中首先与氧进行反应，形成较强的还原气氛，自身含有的氧化铝和金属铝生成的氧化铝与氧化钙结合，形成铝酸钙渣系，该渣系熔点在1300℃左右，具有很高的硫容量，有助与硫从钢液中的去除，另外造白渣的效果也是特别好，除此之外该产品的优势是能够降低炼钢综合成本，加快炼钢节奏！
