钢丸简述：

钢丸是一种用特种材料经特殊热处理制成的球状颗粒。

钢丸制作介绍：

首先熔化高质量的钢块，然后用高压水喷射使熔融的钢水形成微粒状，形成的丸体重新加热以净化均质，然后再淬火处理。淬火后的丸体在熔炉内被干燥和重新加热回火以达到适用的硬度，回火处理后的钢丸通过机械筛网被分选成符合SAE标准的不同等级的产品以用于喷丸设备或抛丸机。

钢丸的主要种类：

（1）钢铁丸

钢铁丸的硬度一般是HRC40～50，加工硬金属，可将硬度提高到HRC57～62。它们的韧性较好，使用寿命是铸铁丸的几倍，应用广泛。

（2）铸铁丸

铸铁丸的硬度为HRC58～65，很脆，非常容易破碎，寿命短，应用不广泛。主要用于要求喷丸强度很高的地方。

（3）玻璃丸

玻璃丸的硬度比前两种丸低，主要用于不锈钢、钛、铝、镁及其他不允许铁质污染的情况。也可在钢铁喷丸后作第二次处理时用，以除去铁质污染，并降低零件表面的粗糙度。
