THE DISPERSANT PRINCIPLE
分散剂是一种表面活性剂,其作用是使用润湿分散剂减少完成分散过程所需要的时间和能量,稳定所分散的颜料分散体,，改性颜料粒子表面性质,调整颜料粒子的运动性。
A dispersant is a surfactant whose function is to reduce the timeand energy required to complete the dispersion process by usinga wetting and dispersing agent, to stabilise the dispersed pigmentdispersion, to modify the surface properties of the pigment
particles, and to adjust the kinematics of the pigment particles.
分散剂作用机理Dispersant mechanism
1.吸附于固体颗粒表面,使凝聚的固体颗粒表面易于湿润。
2.高分子型的分散剂,在固体颗粒的表面形成吸附层,使固体颗粒表面的电荷增加，提高形成立体阻碍的颗粒间的反作用力。
3.使固体粒子表面形成双分子层结构，外层分散剂极性端与水有较强亲合力,增加了固体粒子被水湿润的程度,固体粒子之间因静电斥力而远离。4.使体系均匀,悬浮性能增加,不沉淀,使整个体系物化性质一样。

消泡剂原理
PRINCIPLE OF DEFOAMER
当体系加入消泡剂后,其分子杂乱无章地广布于液体表面,形成弹性膜,即终止泡沫的产生。当体系大量产生泡沫后,加入消泡剂,其分子立即散布于泡沫表面,快速铺展,形成很薄的双膜层,进一步扩散、渗透,层状入侵,从而取代原泡膜薄壁。
When the system is added to the antifoam agent, its molecules ared***rganized and widely spread on the surface of the liquid,
inhibiting the formation of elastic film, i.e. terminating the
generation of foam. When the system produces a large number offoam,add defoamer, its molecules immediately spread on thesurface of the foam, spread quickly, forming a very thin double filmlayer,further diffusion, penetration, laminar invasion, thus replacingthe original foam membrane thin wall.
由于其表面张力低,便流向产生泡沫的高表面张力的液体,这样低表面张力的消泡剂分子在气液界面间不断扩散、渗透,使其膜壁迅速变薄,泡沫同时又
受到周围表面张力大的膜层牵引,这样,致使泡沫周围应力失衡,从而导致其破泡不溶于体系的消泡剂分子再重新进入另一个泡沫膜的表面,如此重复,所有泡沫全部覆灭。
